These terms apply to all orders placed through rollinggoat.co.uk.

Who we are: Rolling Goat, Skategoat Limited, company number 17399247, contact hello@rollinggoat.co.uk or 020 8050 4560. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Orders and pricing All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by one, with a full refund. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email, not before.

Shipping We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for timeframes and costs.

Returns and cancellation See our Returns & Refunds Policy for your right to cancel and return goods.

Product descriptions We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately, including sizing and specifications for skateboards and protective gear. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur.

Intellectual property All content on this site — including the Rolling Goat name, logo, and product photography — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Liability Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the site at the time you place your order.
